When I look at the bill again, I am reminded of all of the times in my life when I have received money. 

Sometimes I'd simply asked for it.

Sometimes I had anticipated getting it, as when money came in the form of a paycheck or in exchange for an item I had sold.

Sometimes I remember being happily surprised at its arrival, as when I earned a bonus for a job well done, or got an unexpected gift from a friend or family member who just wanted me to have it.

No matter the way it comes, the arrival of money into my hands is ALWAYS a joyous occasion.
